Process

From brief to doorstep โ€” without the chaos.

Our process is the same for a 50-piece department order and a 50,000-piece multi-country rollout. It's built around written quotes, digital proofs, and clear delivery milestones, so you always know what's happening and when.

Brief โ†’ Mockup โ†’ Production โ†’ Delivery
The four steps

Every project, the same discipline.

Each step has a deliverable and an approval. Nothing moves to production without written sign-off, and nothing ships without a confirmed delivery plan.

Step 01

Share the brief

You tell us the audience, the budget range, the deadline, and any brand or compliance requirements. A link to your brand guidelines, a previous order, or even a photo of a product you like is enough to get started.

Deliverable: project scope and timeline confirmation.

Step 02

Review products and quote

We source products that fit your brief and produce a written quote covering pricing, decoration, setup costs, packaging, shipping, and taxes where applicable. No surprises.

Deliverable: written quote with product options.

Step 03

Approve the mockup

Once you've picked the product and decoration, we send a digital proof showing exact placement, size, and colors. You approve in writing before anything is produced.

Deliverable: signed-off digital proof.

Step 04

Produce and deliver

We manage production, quality checks, and delivery โ€” to a single address, to multiple sites, or to individual recipients. You receive tracking and delivery confirmation.

Deliverable: delivered order with tracking.

Timelines

What to expect, by project type.

Timelines vary by product, decoration method, and quantity. These are typical ranges โ€” your written quote will confirm the exact schedule.

Small orders

Under 250 pieces
Typical turnaround: 7โ€“12 business days after proof approval.

Standard orders

250โ€“5,000 pieces
Typical turnaround: 12โ€“21 business days after proof approval.

Large-scale programs

5,000+ pieces, multi-site, or international
Timeline scoped per project and confirmed in writing.

What we need from you

The four things that speed a project up.

Most delays in a merch program come from missing information, not production. If you can bring these four things to the first conversation, we can usually turn a quote around the same day.

  • Audience โ€” who receives it, and roughly how many
  • Budget range โ€” per unit or for the whole program
  • Timeline โ€” when it needs to be in hand, not when it should ship
  • Brand assets โ€” logo files and any brand guidelines

Missing one or two? That's fine โ€” we'll help you fill in the rest.
